40 chances for young designers: apply now to take part in Talents at Tendence 2010!
Invaluable contacts free of charge: thanks to Messe Frankfurt’s promotional programme, international newcomers can get more than just a foot in the door because ‘Talents’ opens up the whole world of design and business to them. At Tendence in Frankfurt am Main from 27 to 31 August 2010, 40 young designers will once again have the chance to present their ideas and make valuable contacts free of charge at the international consumer-goods fair.
As in the past, there will be two main focal points for the ‘Talents’ at Tendence 2010: one focusing on product and furniture design in the Loft section (Hall 11.0) and the other on personal accessories and jewellery in the Carat section (Hall 9.3). Design students and graduates, young designers and design studios are invited to apply with their projects, prototypes and first small product series.

Tendence
Tendence in Frankfurt is the most important consumer-goods fair and the leading design showcase for the second half of the year. It is aimed primarily at design-oriented dealers and the high-grade accessories and gift trade. Tendence presents the latest trends for the coming autumn / winter season and offers a preview of the latest products for the spring and summer of the following year.
